    GDPR

    Information on the processing of the personal data acquired from the data subject.

    On the basis of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), the Personal Data Controller presents the required information connected with the processing of your personal data.

    1. The Personal Data Controller is Union Parts spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with registered office at the address: 39-203 Nagoszyn, Bobrowa 108U, entered in the National Court Register under No. 0000242003, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 8722255179, Statistical Number (REGON) 180069265 (hereinafter: ‘Controller’).

    2. It is possible to contact the Controller in relation to the issues connected with the personal data processing in writing to the address of the registered office of the Controller, electronically to the e-mail address: b2c@rotinger.pl or via the telephone at 14 69 96 111.

    3. The personal data shall be processed on the basis of:

    1) art. 6 section 1 point a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the granted consent to personal data processing – for the purposes of presentation of commercial information – in the field of the following personal data: name and surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number;

    2) art. 6 section 1 point b) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the fact that the processing is necessary for performance of the contract which you are a party to or for taking of actions upon your request before contract conclusion – in the field of the following personal data: name and surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, Tax Identification Number (NIP), Personal Identification Number (PESEL);

    3) art. 6 section 1 point f) of the GDPR, i.e. due to the fact that the processing is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, consisting in the direct marketing connected with offering of goods and services as well as presentation of commercial information – in the field of the following personal data: name and surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number.

    4. Provision of the personal data shall be the condition for conclusion of the contract as well as presentation of the commercial information and performance of direct marketing, so you are not obliged to provide it; the consequence of non-provision of the data shall be lack of the possibility to conclude the contract with you as well as to present commercial information and to perform direct marketing.

    5. The entities providing the IT services, courier and postal services as well as accounting and legal services shall be the recipients of the personal data.

    6. The personal data shall not be transferred to a third country, i.e. outside the European Economic area, or to an international organisation.

    7. The personal data shall be stored:

    1) in case of the personal data which is processed on the basis of the consent to personal data processing – not later than to the date of withdrawal of the consent to personal data processing and if there are some bases for determination, pursuit or defence of claims or the obligation to store the documents resulting from the applicable legal provisions – to the time of expiry of the period that is necessary for determination, pursuit or defence of claims by the Controller as well as the expiry of the documents storage period resulting from the applicable legal provisions;

    2) in case of the personal data, the processing of which is necessary for performance of the contract which you are a party to or to taking of actions upon your request before contract conclusion – to the expiry of the period necessary for determination, pursuit or defence of claims by the Controller as well as the expiry of the documents storage period resulting from the applicable legal provisions;

    3) in case of the personal data which is processed for the direct marketing purposes – not later than to the date of objecting against personal data processing.

    8. You shall have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure or restriction of its processing from the Controller, to object against its processing as well as to data portability.

    9. In case of the personal data processed on the basis of the consent determined in art. 6 section 1 point a) of the GDPR, you shall have the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting of the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

    10. In case of the personal data processed on the basis of the consent determined in art. 6 section 1 point f) of the GDPR, you shall have the right to object against the processing of your personal data for the direct marketing purposes at any time.

    11. In the course of personal data processing, no automated decision-making shall be performed and no profiling shall be applied.

    12. You shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
